6. The Tribunal may require a party to produce any document or to state in writing, within the time allotted by it, any facts and representations concerning a complaint or petition.
Any party who refuses or neglects to follow up such request within the allotted time is deemed to have renounced the right to be heard during a hearing, if applicable.
